Central Council for Emulation and Reward sets tasks for 2015
(VOVworld) - 2014 saw improvements in emulation and commending activities which have contributed to the successful implementation of national socioeconomic development tasks. This was agreed at a ceremony held Friday in Hanoi by the Central Council for Emulation and Reward to review the council’s performance in 2014 and set tasks for next year.
Deputy Minister of Home Affairs and Deputy Head of the Central Council for Emulation and Reward Tran Thi Ha said any shortcomings should be addressed as soon as possible:
"The number of people awarded certificates of merit by Ministers and Chairmen of provincial and municipal People’s Committees rose 50%. However, the number granted certificates of merit at the state level rose a modest 10%."
The Council has set 6 key tasks for next year, including organizing more nationwide patriotic emulation movements and contributing to fulfilling national socioeconomic tasks for 2015.
