(VOVworld)- More than 13 million voters in Chile on Sunday participated in the presidential election. According to observers, former President Michelle Bachelet is likely to win in just the first round. Bachelet is the first Chilean female President from 2006 to 2010. However, according to Chile’s constitution, no President can be in power for the consecutive 2 terms of office.
