(VOVworld) – The Xinhua news agency quoted Thursday the Chinese Defense Ministry as saying that China and Japan have agreed to implement a maritime and aerial crisis management mechanism at an early date. Defense Ministry spokesperson Yang Yujun told a monthly press briefing that both countries reached a consensus on various aspects of this mechanism at talks in Tokyo this month. China and Japan said that conditions for implementing the mechanism have been met.
