(VOVworld)- 3^rd Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China opens on Saturday and will last 4 days. The session will verify the Politburo reports on further comprehensive reform with a focus on the reform of economic mechanism, the change of government functions. Anti-corruption measures will also be discussed. Ahead of the session, the public analyzed and commented on the comprehensive reform which will be approved by the session. They said the reform covers 6 priorities initiated by the Party General Secretary Xi Jinping in late July and a reform version called 383 released by the Research Center of the National People’s Congress last month. The Chinese public hopes that the session will make important decisions on reforms to turn China into a new development period.
