China, South Korea vow to expand cooperation, strengthen exchanges
(VOVWORLD) - Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi and South Korean Foreign Minister Park Jin on Thursday agreed to expand bilateral cooperation and strengthen exchanges between their two countries.

At a meeting on the sidelines of the G20 foreign ministers' meeting in Bali, Indonesia, Foreign Minister Park stressed the need to develop relations between China and South Korea based on the principle of mutual respect. He said South Korea will join international cooperation to protect freedom, peace, and human rights.
Minister Wang said Beijing is ready to work with Seoul for mutual benefit and expressed his hope that the two countries will further develop their partnership and strategic cooperation as they mark 30 years of diplomatic ties in August.
