(VOVworld) – China’s media has given wide coverage to Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong’s activities during his official visit to China from April 7^th to 10^th at the invitation of Chinese Party General Secretary and State President Xi Jinping.

Xinhua News Agency, the People’s Daily newspaper, and the People's Liberation Army Daily reserved their front pages to cover Mr. Trong’s visit, including high-ranking talks and meetings with Chinese leaders. On this occasion, China’s Global Times newspaper ran an article by VOV’s correspondent in Beijing entitled “The two Parties’ exchanges are of special importance in Vietnam-China relations”. The article said Vietnam-China relations are special ties and any conflicts and differences could be settled if both countries maintain regular high-ranking exchanges and an open dialogue channel.
