(VOVworld) – On Sunday, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam cut the ribbon to inaugurate the Innovation Center of the CMC group, one of the leading technology groups in Vietnam.

Mr. Dam said the center marks an important milestone in the development of CMC and Vietnam’s startups and IT businesses. He called for expanding the model in universities and economic groups and increasing links among these agencies. Deputy PM Dam said he hopes the number of startups will rise in the future.

To mark this occasion, Mr. Dam witnessed the signing of an agreement between the CMC technology group and the Ministry of Science and Technology in supporting the design of a technology map and a roadmap on technology and technological reform.
