At a meeting with Enrique Santos, FARC leader Timoleon Jimenezcho expressed his hope that the talks will obtain positive result. He said the signing of a peace agreement depends on both sides’ good will, not the matter of time.
The same day, the USAID signed an agreement to fund Colombia 636 million USD for socio-economic development and national reconstruction if a peace agreement is signed.
