(VOVWORLD) -Buon Ma Thuot city in Dak Lak province hosted a mobile communications contest to celebrate Truong Son Soldiers' Traditional Day and the opening of the Ho Chi Minh Trail 65 years ago.

Six teams from different regions presented performances themed "Continue writing the legendary road".
Nguyen Quoc Huy, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said that six provinces and cities are working together to create special art programs featuring songs inspired by soldiers and people along Ho Chi Minh’s routes. Each performance night offers a new program designed to serve the audience.
On Tuesday, the teams performed in Buon Ho town and Lak and Cu Mgar district in Dak Lak province. More contest performances will take place at 31 locations in 12 provinces and cities along the Truong Son mountain range.
