Pham Van Linh, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communications and Education, talked to VOV on the occasion of the 86^th anniversary of the Communications and Education sector: “After the 11^th National Party Congress, the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communications and Education implemented a project to renovate the content and operation methods from the central to local levels. We try to keep up with the latest information and burning issues.  We also focus on completing mechanisms and human resource planning for the sector”.
