Communist Party USA sends friendship message to Communist Party of Vietnam on 13th Congress
(VOVWORLD) - The Communist Party USA sent a friendship message to the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) as it is convening its 13th Congress.

The message said that despite the COVID-19 pandemic taking a heavy toll on the world in 2020, the CPV steered Vietnam to major successes.
Vietnam set a bright example for other countries battling the coronavirus and fulfilled its role as ASEAN Chair. Under Vietnam’s leadership, regional cooperation was lifted to a new height, shown by the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), the world's biggest trade deal.
The Communist Party USA is keen on supporting its friendship with the CPV to address challenges, according to the message.
