(VOVworld)- A consultation workshop on the amendments and supplements to the 1992 Constitution related to the position, function, and tasks of the people's Police took place in Hanoi yesterday/ on Monday.  Speaking at the seminar, Tran Dai Quang, Minister of Public Security asked the participants to focus on regulations and assessing provisions of the 1992 Constitution relating to security forces. Other items on the agenda:  determining limitations, and issues in the 1992 Constitution relating to security and order; encouraging, police officers and the public to participate in amending the Constitution;  defeating plots and activities by hostile forces and reactionaries to take advantage of amendments to the Constitution to undermine the Party and State.
