(VOVworld) – On Tuesday, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and a number of agencies signed a program to strengthen supervisory coordination in the tax and customs sector.

The agencies, which include the Finance Ministry, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance, the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, and the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Vietnam, will work together to improve the business environment, shorten the time needed to complete administrative procedures and increase the responsibility of state administrative agencies.

The program will collect enterprises’ opinions on reforming tax and customs procedures and point out procedures that still need to be improved.

Communications will be increased to make businesses more responsible about complying with the laws on tax and customs.
