Costa Rica now becomes the 73rd country to recognize Vietnam's market economy status.
The visiting Foreign Trade Minister met in Hanoi with Vietnam's Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien, who welcomed Costa Rica's recognition in investigation of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy cases.
It reflects the achievements that Vietnam has gained in the process of national development and integration into the world economy, and at the same time will contribute to developing economic and trade relations between the two countries.
