(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam confirmed 3 more COVID-19 cases by Tuesday noon, including one in Hanoi and two cases in Hai Duong province.

According to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control, Vietnam recorded 1,373 COVID-19 locally-transmitted infection cases.
Health Minister Nguyen Thanh Long has said the number of daily new cases except for Hai Duong tended to decrease nationwide over the last 16 days.
Meanwhile, Hanoi authorities have ordered compulsory health declaration submitted by people returning to Hanoi and warned of punishment by law for misconducts which could lead to community transmission.
