COVID-19 safety criteria established for Vietnam’s hospitals
(VOVWORLD) - The Ministry of Health’s Department of Medical Services Administration on Thursday discussed a set of criteria to help hospitals prevent COVID-19 and other acute respiratory infections.

Vietnam has 35,000 hospitals and clinics that need guidance on preventing viral transmissions. The 11 criteria include classification of patients, measures to prevent transmission, and measures to ensure the safety of patients, visitors, and staff. 14,000 hospitals nationwide have already implemented safety criteria for COVID-19.
