Mr. Tuyen said infections recorded within the past few days were F1s and have been quarantined, so the risk of disease spreading to the community is low. He enumerated the principles of the pandemic fight including prevention, detection, isolation, zoning, and treatment, and stressed the importance of quick detection and zoning to reduce local transmissions.

The Ministry of Health asked localities to improve their testing capacity, tracing, and sample collecting and ensure equipment, bio-products, technology and zoning to prevent the diseases’ negative impacts on people’s lives.
