(VOVworld) – On Thursday Cuba’s news media published the agenda of the 7^th Congress of the Cuban Communist Party scheduled for April 16 to 19.

There will be plenary sessions on April 16, 18 and 19. On April 18 members of the 7^th Party Central Committee will be elected and the Congress will close on April 19. Discussions will focus on Cuba’s socialist socio-economic model, development plans until 2030, and the implementation of directions set by the 6^th Congress. 1,000 delegates will attend the Congress.
