This has opened opportunities for economic cooperation in potential fields, including renewable energy, electricity, waste water treatment, ship building, fashion, furniture, architecture and IT. At the exhibition, Czech enterprises will transfer to Vietnam the most advanced technology and hope to seek closer cooperation with Vietnamese partners.
At the workshop on Czech technology products and reasonable measures towards European quality, the Czech Foreign Minister said Vietnam has made great socio-economic advances while the Czech Republic is the country with the greatest economic growth rate in the EU and is seeking new markets. Those are favorable conditions for Vietnam and the Czech Republic to cooperate in trade, investment, and raise two-way trade turnover to suit the potentials of the two countries.
The Czech Republic considers Vietnam one of the world’s 12 important markets. It is now the 44th biggest investor in Vietnam.
