Developed by the Management Board of the Da Nang Infrastructure Construction and Urban Development Projects, the expanded APEC Park will be bounded by the existing APEC Park to the north and cost more than 32 million USD. Covering an area of more than 8,600m², the expanded area will consist of a public park, a stroll garden associated with an existing sculpture garden, a main stage, a water fountain, a stage for organising cultural events, a playground for children, greenery areas and a parking area.

Vice Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Le Trung Chinh: “The expansion of the APEC Park creates even more green spaces in the heart of the city, and allow diplomatic events and festivals to be held for community connection and foster local people’s love for their home city. It’s expected to become a cultural and tourism hub for Da Nang City.”
