(VOVworld) – The Danang City People’s Committee announced Wednesday sideline activities for the 5th Asian Beach Games, to take place in Danang City late this month.

The activities will include local festivals, art performances, handicraft shows, exchanges with Danang’s athletes and youth, a street parade, and an exhibit on traditional customs around the world.  

The 5th Asian Beach Games is expected to draw 10,000 people. Athletes will compete in 14 events for 172 medals.
