Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif said he believed an agreement was likely to be reached in Vienna if the six powers did not set excessive conditions to Iran. British Foreign Minister Philip Hammond said an agreement on Iran’s nuclear program could be reached before November 24th, but Iran should be more flexible in persuading P5+1 of the peaceful purpose of Tehran’s nuclear program.
