(VOVworld) – A seminar took place in Ho Chi Minh City on Tuesday to help Vietnamese businesses turn social responsibility to strategic advantage. Meeting participants discussed corporate social responsibility, positive contributions to business development, and strategies for human resources, ways to attract and keep talented personnel, manage risks, and create new trading opportunities. Danish entrepreneurs exchanged their experiences regarding how to improve social responsibility.
Danish Ambassador John Nielsen declared the 'Red Carpet' program to quickly grant visas to Vietnamese businesses and organizations which are business partners in Denmark. The program is an attempt to ensure that the service runs smoothly, with simple administrative procedures allowing Vietnamese enterprises to do business in Denmark. Ambassador John Nielsen said “this is a program which is opened and hopefully will work well and continue forever. We are talking about not only Vietnamese companies that will go to Denmark but also about Danish companies which are working here in Vietnam. That is the biggest part of the program because the amount of Vietnamese companies who are investing in Denmark is very small”.
The event was held by the Danish Embassy in Vietnam and Denmark’s Investment Fund for Developing Countries.
