(VOV) – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Monday paid a New Year visit to the Electricity of Vietnam group.

Phuc said last year the group supplied sufficient electricity for people’s personal needs and production and successfully fulfilled its investment plan on power stations and grid. He asked the electric sector in general and EVN in particular to guarantee the electric supply for the whole nation, especially economic hubs, and uphold its electric price adjustment plan according to market demand. EVN was urged to continue restructuring to solidify its central role as a state-owned economic group.
