(VOVworld) – (VOVworld) – On Sunday, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh visited Tuyen Quang, the capital of the former resistance base, on the occasion of the 70^th anniversary of Tan Trao National People’s Congress, the August Revolution, National Day, and the founding anniversary of Vietnam’s diplomatic sector. Mr. Minh visited the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ relic site in Minh Thanh commune, Son Duong district, Tuyen Quang province where he presented gifts worth 2500 USD to the communal learning promotion fund. Also on Sunday, Mr. Minh offered incense at the Public Security sector’s relic site in Minh Thanh commune.
