Deputy PM receives WEF's official
(VOVWORLD) - Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue has assured Vietnam's willingness to work closely with the World Economic Forum (WEF) to organize the World Economic Forum on ASEAN in 2018, one of the most important diplomatic events in Vietnam.

At a reception for Justin Wood, head of the Asia-Pacific region of the WEF, in Hanoi on Wednesday, Deputy PM Hue praised the World Economic Forum for sending a delegation to Vietnam to observe Vietnam’s preparations for the event saying this will promote Vietnam’s image to the world and create more opportunities for foreign partners to operate in Vietnam.
Mr. Wood said he will work closely with Vietnam’s ministries and relevant agencies to host WEF ASEAN 2018 in Hanoi. He said this will be an opportunity for ASEAN, and especially Vietnam, to increase investment and business cooperation with international partners.
