At a working session with local officials during his visit to Thai Binh on Thursday, Mr. Binh called for more efforts to restructure agricultural production and step up the application of scientific advances and bio-technologies to ensure clean production and sustainable development. The Deputy PM urged local authorities to continue improving the business environment and competitiveness, and simplifying administrative procedures to attract more enterprises to the province.

The same day, Deputy Prime Minister Binh visited the Aidi Electric Limited Company and the Damsan Joint Stock Company at Gia Le industrial park.
