(VOVworld)- Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam received visiting UK Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy Lord David Terrence Puttnam in Hanoi on Monday, Deputy Prime Minister Dam said that Vietnam hoped to receive the UK’s support in education, especially in vocational training. Dam stressed that the Vietnamese government will exert further efforts to implement agreements signed between the two governments to boost bilateral ties. Lord Puttnam said that Vietnam and the UK have great potential for trade, investment, education and training cooperation. He suggested the Vietnamese government evaluate human resource demands in the future to develop training plans and visions to meet the needs of sustainable growth.
