(VOVworld)-The Electricity of Vietnam Group has unveiled its annual plan for this year and launched its EVN Power Generation Companies, EVN Genco, which will be separated from EVN by 2016. Speaking at the meeting in Hanoi on Friday, Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai spoke about the sector’s this year objectives:   “We need to correct problems in several power plants and reservoirs and ensure stringent safety regulations. The government’s recent resolution to address business difficulties will help the power sector address its credit challenge with the banking support. The Ministries of Industry and Trade and Finance will help ensure more transparent electricity tariffs.”
