(VOVworld)- Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan  Phuc has urged the relevant agencies to fine-tune regulations and engage local and foreign expert contributions to a proposal on civil administrative dossier simplification. He said provincial governments must cooperate with ministries to ensure work progress for Prime Minister’s approval. The proposal No 896 on residents’ megadata coordinated by the Ministry of Public Security will develop a national database of residents.
