Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh received Thai acting Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow in Hanoi on Thursday

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh was speaking during his reception of acting Foreign Minister of Thailand, Sihasak Phuangketkeow in Hanoi on Thursday. Both agreed to jointly launch bilateral cooperative programs following the established of a strategic partnership during Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong’s visit to Thailand last June. Mr Minh hiped that Thailand will join the ASEAN for a common voice in security issues based on international law and an early finalization of a Code of Conducts for Parties in the East Sea.
