(VOVworld) -Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam has underlined the students’ role and responsibility during the process of national industrialization and modernization.  Dam was speaking at a dialogue with students on Saturday in Hanoi:“The Government should reform education and also make changes to the mechanisms to a socialist-oriented market economy. In addition, enterprises should work closely with universities by providing financial support and proposing demands for human resources. Enterprises also need to participate in the teaching process for human resources development”.

Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Quan said that the Party and State will continue to give priority to the development of science and technology by adopting incentives for young talented scientists.

Deputy Minister of Education and Training Tran Quang Quy said his ministry is actively carrying out a national project on the training of foreign languages for students. Quy added that all students will benefit form this project by 2020.
