Quang congratulated the Ambassador on successfully completing his term and appreciated his significant contributions to the friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and China.

The Deputy Prime Minister proposed that China continue to open its market to high-quality Vietnamese agricultural products, increase large-scale investments in high technology and new fields in Vietnam, promote cooperation in education, culture, and tourism, and expedite non-refundable aid projects for Vietnam.
