(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh and National Assembly deputies of Nam Dinh province met with local voters on Tuesday. He said that the National Assembly has increased the budget for the new rural development program from 85 million USD to 250 million USD a year until 2016.  He asked local administrations and the agricultural sector to work out specific plans to meet market demand and help farmers find outlets for their products.
