(VOVWORLD) -Dien Bien Provincial People’s Committee on Wednesday launched a campaign to promote their “Dien Bien Smart” app assisting the province’s online public services.

“Dien Bien Smart” is a user-friendly mobile app integrated with many features to serve officials, citizens, and businesses in cyberspace.
It provides users with official and needed information from all levels of state agencies; gives timely warnings, guidance, and recommendations; and provides several utilities for daily life use.
It also assists users in understanding economic development from agencies such as digital government, smart city, administration, and online public services.
The app can receive real-time reports, which helps users send feedback to government agencies quickly and conveniently and get their difficulties, proposals, and recommendations processed and resolved in a timely manner.
Users can also monitor, interact with, and tell the app how satisfied they are with each agency’s handling of their challenges.
“Dien Bien Smart” is integrated with critical applications for officials, citizens, and businesses such as TDOffice for document management and operation, VneID, and official email.
