(VOVWORLD) - The Ministries of Education and Training and Information and Communications have reached a cooperate agreement to promote digital transformation in education and training.
This is to implement the government’s national digital transformation program targeting education and training.

Speaking in a workshop in Hanoi on Wednesday, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications, Nguyen Huy Dung, suggested activities to promote digital transformation in education and training.
He said, “The Ministry of Education and Training will issue guidelines in online learning, duration of sessions as well as qualification and assessment criteria. There will be regulations on cyber learning spaces to ensure quality and legitimacy of online learning records. We will cooperate with technological companies to prepare national digital learning platforms, API and basic services to provide affordable access to market.”
