(VOVworld) – The Party and State’s policies towards religions and ethnic people, and the local socio-economic situation were shared with 400 prestigious and influential ethnic minority people at a workshop in Tra Vinh province.

The participants discussed the implementation of ethnic policies in the past years as well as future tasks. Tra Vinh province has more than 320,000 Khmer people, accounting for 32 percent of the province’s population. The workshop provided more knowledge to the most prestigious and influential people, who will help disseminate the Party and State’s policies and laws among local people.
