(VOVworld)- On Wednesday, the National Assembly Standing Committee discussed revisions to the draft Law on Administrative Procedures and revised Criminal Procedures Code.

They agreed on the need for punishments on violation of the supply of materials and evidence at the request of the court. Discussing revisions to the Criminal Procedures Code, the deputies discussed principles regarding the assumption of innocence, proceedings and defence in criminal procedures and the right of the accused to read and report on documents related the court case.
