(VOVWorld) – Edward Snowden said he will return to US if the government can guarantee a fair trial. The former analyst of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) made his announcement live on Skype to the New Hampshire Liberty Forum on Saturday, adding that he would pursue a public interest defense of his actions and allow a jury to decide. If convicted of the US Espionage Act crimes he's charged with, Snowden could face 30 years in prison.
