The National Alliance to Support Legitimacy (NASL) and the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) led 34 parties and movements in a protest on Friday in Cairo and Giza province, a protest, dubbed 'Suez resilience, our way to Jerusalem', against Israeli attacks on the Al-Aqsa mosque in East Jerusalem. The NASL called on “all free Egyptians”, overseas citizens, and university students all over the country to participate in the protest, which coincides with the court trial of Morsi and several MB leaders charged with inciting violence in front of the Presidential Palace last December. The NASL says November 4 will witness an event unprecedented in Egyptian history.
