Four of Morsi’s former advisors are being detained while similar accusations are investigated.  The accusations against Morsi also include participating in the detention of and torturing of citizens, inciting the killing of protesters and publishing false news to influence the judicial authorities, the report said.

Also on Monday, prosecutors ordered the arrest of 255 members of the Muslim Brotherhood over a range of allegations including murder, attempted murder, thuggery, vandalism and arson. Last Saturday, another 359 were questioned following their arrest during the Al-Fath Mosque siege in Cairo's Ramses Square.
