(VOVworld)- The impact of the ASEAN Economic Community, border issues and trans-national resources are high on the agenda of the 4^th international workshop on cross-border economic cooperation between Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos in Da Lat on Monday. Participants urged the three countries to determine the focus and mechanisms of their cooperation to make it more effective. They said each country also needs to develop their own mechanisms to support cross-border economic cooperation.
