Foreign non-governmental organizations have donated more than 30 million dollars to support social economic development in ethnic and mountainous region over the past 2 years. Secretary General of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations, Don Tuan Phong: “We will promote implementation of existing incentives and improve local government capacity to boost investment efficiency in ethnic and mountainous region. Local people’s access to opportunities and information should be enhanced on the long-term.”
Irish Ambassador to Vietnam Cait Moran pledged further support to social economic development in ethnic and mountainous regions.
