Nguyen Anh Tuan, First Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, told attendees, “We acknowledged the struggle our 63 honorees have endured as teachers. The more encouragement we give them to continue, the more students in the most underprivileged areas of Vietnam will be loved and taught and given a chance to change their lives.”
