(VOVworld) – On Wednesday EU foreign ministers demanded the allocation of extra annual funding to address problems, such as the current migrant crisis.

They all agreed that the EU’s budget should be used more flexibly. Member states have already worked out in principle how to establish the fund and will discuss how large the fund is and how to use it in the coming overview of the EU multiannual financial framework.
