(VOVworld) – The European Union and Cuba have agreed to restart their political dialogue and they will hold their first meeting in June in Brussels.

This was announced at a press conference on Wednesday following a meeting between EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini and Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Parilla in the framework of the 3^rd negotiation on enhancing political and economic dialogue between the EU and Cuba. The two sides said they discussed climate change and preparations for a summit between the EU, Latin American and Caribbean regions that will take place in Brussels.
