(VOVworld) – 28 EU foreign and defense ministers endorsed an implementation plan for security and defense reinforcement at a meeting in Brussels on Monday.

The plan allows a more comprehensive approach to crisis response, boosts security and defense capabilities, and strengthens civil protections. The EU will implement this plan in parallel with its defense action plan and the joint EU-NATO declaration. The plan will be presented at next month’s European Council meeting.
