(VOVworld) – On Monday, the EU asked North Korea to end its illegal ballistic missile program after North Korea fired three ballistic missiles into the Sea of Japan. In a statement, the EU stated that North Korea must halt all ballistic missile launches and abandon its ballistic missile program.

The US strongly condemned North Korea’s latest missile launches, saying it poses a threat to the US’s allies, as well as civil aviation and maritime commerce in the region.

According to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), North Korean leader Kim Jong Un ordered its army to continue building up Pyongyang's nuclear force. He also observed and provided field guidance for ballistic missile launch drills in North Korea.
