(VOVworld) – A photo exhibit entitled “ASEAN – 48 years of peace and development” opened in Hanoi on Tuesday. Ho Quang Loi, head of the Hanoi Party Committee’s Commission for Communications and Education, said: “The exhibit celebrates 48 years of ASEAN and 20 years of Vietnam’s membership. The 150 photos on display feature the formulation and development of the ASEAN Community and Vietnam’s contributions as an active and responsible member. Hanoi is committed to joining efforts to build an ASEAN Community of peace, friendship, and development.”

The exhibit will run open until September 15.
