(VOVWORLD) - An exhibition featuring the journey of artifacts opened at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel on Thursday on the sidelines of the 12th Vietnam-France Decentralization Cooperation Conference.

The event, jointly organized by Hanoi, Toulouse, and the French Development Agency (AFD), is part of a cooperation project between the two cities.
The exhibit introduces the relationship between the two cities, their history, and heritages.
In addition, the display also introduces similar artifacts of the Thang Long Imperial Citadel and Toulouse, describing the journey of how artifacts are brought to the public, thus promoting the rich history and cultural traditions of the two historic cities.

Addressing the opening ceremony, Vu Thu Ha, Deputy Chairwoman of the Hanoi People’s Committee, said the exhibit covers features Hanoi and Toulouse, honors heritage, promotes the value of UNESCO heritage sites and landmarks.
“This is the demonstration for the cooperation and sharing of experiences over the past 2 years between Thang Long Imperial Citadel and Toulouse,” said Ha.
